Trust · Corrections

Good guidance should be correctable.

Readers, professionals, manufacturers, and organizations can flag possible errors, outdated sources, unclear labels, or broken functionality.

01

What to include

Send the page URL, the exact statement or behavior in question, why it may be wrong, and a primary source when available. Do not include private medical information.

02

How reports are reviewed

A report should be checked against the current source, the page’s content label, and the date last reviewed. Safety-related corrections receive priority.

03

What happens next

If a correction is warranted, the page should be changed, its review date updated, and a material correction noted. Editorial disagreement may be clarified without presenting it as a factual correction.

04

Submit a correction

The correction inbox currently uses the project owner’s consulting address. A dedicated Baby.how address can replace it later without changing the process.
